HOW TO CORRECT A QUIZ

The following steps need to be followed in order for any D or F paper to receive a passing grade of a 70 C:

• Use a clean sheet of notebook paper with your proper heading (name, date, subject)
• Please do not change any wrong answers on your paper
• Write the number of the problem you are revising and then your correct answer
• In math SHOW YOUR WORK
• When correcting a word problem or a reading assignment give a reason WHY your answer is correct (P.T.A.) - Students will be shown these techniques in class
• Have a parent/guardian sign their paper
• Attach your original assessment
